- Unopened vials of BOTOX should be stored in a refrigerator (2 to 8 degrees C) up to 24 months for the 200 Units vial
- Administer BOTOX within 24 hours of reconstitution; during this period reconstituted BOTOX should be stored in a refrigerator (2 to 8 degrees C)
